ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying
and being in the Village and Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point formed by the intersection of the
southerly line of land of Long Island Rail Road Company with
the southwesterly line of land of party of the first part and
running thence easterly along said land of L.I.R.R.Co. 450 feet,
more or less, to the nortwesterly line of a 33 foot private
road known as Glover Street; thence southwesterly along said
Glover Street, at right angles to the first course of Tucker
Lane northwesterly from Main.Road, 350 feet, more or less, to
land of Arthur Gordon; thence northwesterly along said land of
Arthur Gordon and a short distance along land of L.I.R.R.Co.
330 feet, more:or less, to the point of beginning.
Together with a right of tray over said Glover Street
from said land of Arthur Gordon to said Tucker Lane.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the
