Town of Southold , County of Suffolk and State of New York and bounded
and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the easterly side
of laurel Avenue formed by ther'intersection of the northerly line of
other lands of the party of the second part with said easterly line
of Laurel Avenue, which point is the southwesterly corner of the
premises herein to be :conveyed ; running thence northerly along the
easterly line of Laurel Avenue to a point formed by the intersection
of th+esterly line of lands of Vincent Poliwoda with said easterly
line oi Laurel Avenue; running thence southerly or southeasterly,
along said westerly line of lands of Vincent Poliwoda to the north-
easterly corner of other lands of the party of the second part;
thence westerly along said other lands fifty (50) feet , more or less ,.
