lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the woad part
His heirs and assigns forever,
ALL those lots or parcels of land in the Town of Southold, Suffolk
-
County, New York, known and distinguished as Lots Numbers 90 and 91 on
a map entitled "Subdivision Map of Founders Estates, situate at South-
old, Suffolk County, N.Y. made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Engineer and Sur-
veyorn, dated March 18, 1927, and filed in the office of the Clerk
of Suffolk County on May 10, 1927, as Map No. 834, and on said map
bounded NORTHERLY by Lot No. 89; EASTERLY by Old Shipyard Road-
SOUTHERLY by Lot No. 92, and WESTERLY by Lots Nos. 82 and 83- being ,

150 feet on said Northern boundary, 150 feet on said Eastern boundary,
150 feet on said Southern boundary and 150 feet on said Western
boundary.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part in and to that portion of Old Shipyard Road lying in
front of and adjacent to the lands and premises above described to
the centre line thereof. .
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record, if any, affect-
ing said premises- and subject also to zoning restrictions and
ordinances adopted by any municipal, town, village or other govern-

mental authority.
This Deed is a correction deed made to correct the description
of the SOUTHERLY boundary and the WESTERLY boundary of Lots Nos. 90
and 91 above described, the said boundaries having been improperly
described in a Deed made by party of the first pert to party of the
second part under date of February 15th, 1946 and recorded on February
27th, 1946 in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 2533
of-Deeds, Page.47.
