Smith by dead dated August 27, 19499 and recorded in the Suffolk Comfy Clsrkle, Office in liter 2987 of deeds at page 40 on August 31, 1949, thence along said land of the party of the second part. S. 50w 501 X.- 170 .170 feet, more or less, to the ordinary high water mark of Arshamomoque Pond; thence southwesterly along said ordinary high water mark of Arsiamaeaque Pond, 54 feet, more or less, to said land of Robert Auld{ thence along said lend or Robert Auld, N. 380 206 T.- 163 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. TGETHER with allthe right, title and Interest, ifany, of the party of the first part, of, in and to Mill Creek.Drive lying in front of and adjacent to cold premises to the center line thereof. TOGETHER with all the right, title and Interest, if any, of the party of the f lest part of, in and to the beach and the lends under the waters of and the riparian rights to Arshemosncue Pond (sometimes kmen as Mill Creek), lying in front of and adjacent to said premises.
