Drive, W.0 fact easterly along said curved southerly link from the Initial point
of said curve, soli monument being the northeasterly corner of lend conveyed by the
party of the first part to Robert Auld by deed dated January 24, 1950, and recorded
in the ouffolk County Clerk's Office in Libor W43 of deeds at page 662 on February
6, 1950; from sold point of beginning running along said carved southerly line of
Mill Creak Drive on a curve to the left, having a radius of 75.0 feet, a distance
along said curve of 19.57 feet to other land of the party of the second pert and
heretofore conveyed by Henry 1. Smith by dead dated August 27, 19499 and recorded
in the Suffolk Comfy Clsrkle, Office in liter 2987 of deeds at page 40 on August
31, 1949, thence along said land of the party of the second part. S. 50w 501 X.-

southwesterly along said ordinary high water mark of Arsiamaeaque Pond, 54 feet,
more or less, to said land of Robert Auld{ thence along said lend or Robert Auld,
N. 380 206 T.- 163 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
TGETHER with allthe right, title and Interest, ifany, of the party of the
first part, of, in and to Mill Creek.Drive lying in front of and adjacent to cold
premises to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and Interest, if any, of the party of the
f lest part of, in and to the beach and the lends under the waters of and the
riparian rights to Arshemosncue Pond (sometimes kmen as Mill Creek), lying in front
of and adjacent to said premises.
BRING AND INTENDED to be a portion of the promises heretofore conveyed by Anne B.
Richmond to Henry J. Smith, the party of the first part herein, by deed dated
January 20, 1948; and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerkls Office In Liber 2793 of
deeas at page 458, on Januery 20, 1948.
