DAYTON, residing at Southold (no street number), Suffolk County, New York, fart y of the first part, and JOHN L. PLOCK and ANNA K. PLOCK, his wife, residing at Southold, Suffolk County, New York, and doing business under the firm name and style of SHELTER ISLAND OYSTER COMPANY at Greenport, Suffolk County, New York, parties a of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part,in consideration of One hundred ($100.) dollars, - lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable eonsiderationpaid by the parties of the second part,does hereby grant and rele,se unto the parties of the second part, their heirs and a:signs foreccq -_ ALL that tract or parcel of land at Bay View near the Village of Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, intended to be the same premises conveyed by Lura A. Gardiner to Albert B. Terry by deed dated the 4th day of August - 1863, and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on the 5th diay of August, 1863, at 10 o'clock A.M. in Liber 122 of deeds at page 558 and therein described as follows: Bounded northerly by land - of }oshua A. Overton; , Easterly by land of William Prince; Southerly , by the highway and westerly by land of Silas Horton, containing by _ estimation 21 acres, be the same more or less; At@ which was after- ward conveyed by said Albert.B. Terry and Esther T. his wife, to John 0, Corey, Jr., by deed dated December 1st, 1862 and afterward conveyed by John C. Corey, Jr., and Sophronia C., his wife, to John Rorke by the deed above mentioned at the end of the last paragraph of thLs deed, subject to such rights of highways as were imposed upon - the said premises by an order of the Town Superintendent of Highways -_ of the Town of Southold bearing date the 17th day of September, 1912, and recorded in Liber K of Southold, Town Records, at page - 326, on the 19th day of October, 1912, which highway is therein described as follows: FIRST: a highway to be laid out, beginning at a Cedar Post on the north road at Bay View, on the southerly side of the land owned by E. H. Brown, which shall run thence North 64* 15* East 1379 feet- thence North 79* 151 East 169.4 ft. to the land of Maria J. Halloo'k and pass through the several lands of E. He Brown, John Joseph Rorke, Barney Rorke, Thomas H. Rorke, George L. Rorke, Grace Rorke Ellen Rorke, James M. Rorke, Annie E. Van Dyke, Chas. E. Rorke, Le�itia Feeley Robert Overton, Joshua Overton, E. Ernest Boisseau Caroline Jenkins, and Silas A. H. Dayton, and be in - width three rods, Second: a Highway to be laid out whose northerly side shall begin at a point whose beginning shall be the same a3 the beginning of the last named course and which shall run South 67* 251 -_ Fast 148.5 ft. to the land of Maria J.
