and described as follows:

the dividing line between the lands of the sellar .and Clement W.
Booth and Edna C. Booth, formerly land of Joseph H. Marshall, de-
ceased, running thence along the northerly aide of Sound View Avenue
in a direction north 41 degrees 23 minutes 20 seconds west a distance
of 150.29 feet to a monument on the said northerly side of Sound View
Avenue; thence in an easterly direction south 71 degrees 52 minutes
10 seconds east 35 feet to a monument which said line is the dividing
line between the premises intended to be conveyed herein and lands of
one Eleanor C. Fitch; thence south 80 degrees 4 minutes 20 seconds
east 9.78 feet to a monument; thence northerly 29 degrees 24 minutes
50 seconds west a distance of 505 feet still along the lands of
Eleanor C. Fitch to the high water mark of Long Island Sound; thence
easterly along the high water mark of Long Island Sound south 70
degrees 25 minutes 10 seconds east 111.82 feet to the dividing line
of the seller and the property of said Clement W. Booth and Edna C.
Booth, formerly the land of Joseph H. Marshall, deceased; thence
southerly along the dividing line of the seller and the said Clement
W. Booth and Edna C. Booth, formerly the land of Johaph H. Marshall
deceased south 29 degrees 24 minutes 50 seconds east 520.06 feet to
a point and to a monument which monument is in the road bed of Old
Sound View Avenue which said Avenue has been closed; and them e,
westerly, south 46 degrees 36 minutes 40 seconds west 75 feet to the.
said northerly side of Sound View Avenue and to the point or place of
beginning.
