certain map entitled "Map of Mill Creek Grove, owned by Henry J. Smith, situate at
Arshsmomoque, Tom of Southold, Suffolk County, New York," made by Otto W. Van Tuyl,
licensed engineer and surveyor, dated May 13, 1947, and which map has not been filed.
