The gold premises above described being and are intended to be the Westerly portion
of the lana heretofore conveyed to the parties of the first part by 'William P. Kesel
and wife, by deed dated September 27, 1941, and recorded In the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office.In Liber 3191 of deeds at page 60, on September 29, 1941 ® 12:50 P.M.
