Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Patrick J.
Rooney by Sydney R. Howell by deed dated July 12, 1921, and recorded
in liber 1025 of deeds at page 493.
ALSO, ALL that tract or parcel of land situate in the Village
4 and Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of flew York, bounded

feet, more or less.
Being and intended to be the northerly 112-1/2 feet of the parcel
of property conveyed to Patrick J. Rooney by "r;innie E. ?achure by deed
dated August 15, 1924 and recorded in the -£ilea of the Clerk of

Suffolk county on August 22, 1925, in liber 1107 of-deeds at page 393,
and also being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Marion `
Bent Rooney to Southold Savings Bank by deed dated January 23, 1940,
