and seventy-six feet, and eighty-eight one-hundredths of a foot to a monu-
ment at the easterly corner of land now or formerly of Mary Conway; thence
along the northeasterly side of said land now or formerly of Mary Conway
and land now or formerly of Walter T. Smith north forty-one degrees, forty-
six minutes forty seconds west two hundred and thirty-one feet to the
southwesterly corner of a small parcel of land conveyed by Fannie C. Dono-
van; thence along the southerly side of said parcel north forty-nine de-
grees, fifty-six minutes, ten seconds .east fifteen feet to the southwesterly
corner of land now or formerly of Peoria C. Donovan; thence on the same
