taining by estimation one and one-half acres, be the same more or less.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by William H.
Glover, widower, to Henry L. S;:yward and Ernestine M. Sayeard, his wife,
by deed dated October 5, 1936, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
.Office in liber 1885 of deeds at pave 386 on October 5, 1936 at 1 P.M,
and subsequently conveyed by Henry L.'Sayward and Ernestine Th. Sayvard,
his wife to G. Robert Myhrberg and Evelyn Myhrberg, his wife, by deed
dated .Se`ptember 28, 1946. Liber 262.7, page 540. The said G. Robert
