right of way at the southeasterly corner of land conveyed by the parties of the first
part to Frederick C. Koke and wife by deed dated May 14, 1949, and recorded in Liber
2952 page 17; and running thence along said land of Frederick C. Koke and wife at right
angles to, said northerly line of said right of way N. 15o 381. 4011 E.- 205 feet, more or
less, to the ordinary high water mark of Town Creek; thence easterly along said ordinary
high water mark of Town Creek to a point 100.0 feet easterly from the last described
line, measured at right angles thereto; thence parallel to the westerly line of the
premises herein described and along other land of the parties of the first part S. 150

said right of way; thence along said northerly line of said right of way 2 courses, as
follows:
