'PHIS INDENTURE, made the First day ofFebruary Nineteen Hundred end fifty,
between LEO ROON, residing at Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, party of the first part, end LIGH1'HOUSM FARMS, INC, a corporation organized and
existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Stets of New Jersey, with Its principal
office in the State of New York, at 19 Rector Street, New York 63 N.Y., party of the second
part,
WITNESSHTE, that the party of the first part, In consideration of ONE (gl.00) DOLLAR,
lawful money of the United States, and other good end valuable conslderatlon, paid by the
party of the second part, does he, grant and release unto the party of the second part,

appurtenances, situate at Pine Neck, near the Village of Southold, in the Town of Southold,

boundary between land formerly of Allen Toney now of Leo Roon on the east end land formerly.,.
of John Munch on the west; running thence along said northerly line of Pine Neck Road;

buildings and Improvements thereon and more fully described as follows;-
