James H. Grattan, 100 feet, and Easterly by lend of Mae H. Booth, 200 feet,
more or less.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first
part of, in and to the said Hommel Avenue adjacent to said premises.
Being and Intended to be the same premises conveyed by halter R. Hyatt to
Oscar S. Case by deed dated July let, 1946 and recorded In the Suffolk County
Clark's Office in liber 2587 of deeds at page 170 on July 1, 1946 at 1:22 P.N.
Said premises are being sold subject to existing tenancies from month to
month.
