above described premises heretofore released to the County of Suffolk
and described as .follows:-
$EGINNING at a point , said point being 33 feet distant
northerly measured at -right angles, .from station .56+50 of the herein-
after described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of
the fiddle Road, County Road No. 27; thence easterly 290+ feet to a
: point on the division line between -the lands now or formerly of Edward
A. and Joseph Grattan, reputed owners on the West and the lands of
Harold E. Tuthill , reputed, owner on the east. The last mentioned
:point being 40 feet distant northerly measured at right angles, from
station 59+ 49+ of the said center line ; thence southerly 7 feet to
a point 33 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from
