WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first part, in consideration of

itheir heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that tract or parcel of land situate in the Village and Torn of Southold, County
of Suffolk. and State of New York,. bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a.point .60 feet easterly from the point of beginning of the fourth
course of the easterly line of a certain right of way, 16.5 feet in width, over land
of the parties of the first part; running thence at right angles to said fourth course
of said line of.rlght of way, N. 15o 381 4018 E. 200 feet, more or less, to high water
mark of Town Creek; thence easterly along said high water mark to a paint 100 font
easterly from the last described line, measured at right angles thereto; thence parallel,
to the westerly line herein described, S. 15- 381 4011 W. 200 feet, more or less, to a
point on the fourth course of said 'line of right of way; thence along said course of � i!
said line of right of way, N. 74o 211 2011 W. 100 feet to the point of beginning.
Together with all right, title and interest of the parties of the first part in
said Town, Creek abutting said premises.
Together with an easement for a private right of way described as follows:-
The easterly line of said right of way begins at a point 40.0 feet easterly at
iright angles to the westerly line of Youngs Avenue from a concrete monument set at the
southerly end of said westerly line of Youngs Avenue and runs from said point of be-
ginning the following' courses:-
1.. S. 40o 001 E. 96.0 feet; thence
j 2. S. 550 001 E. 265.0 feet; thence
3.. S. 16o 111 20f1 E. 172.10 feet to a concrete monument; thence
4. S. 740 211 2011 E. 160. feet to a monument.
Each course of the westerly line is parallel to and 16.5 feet from a corresponding
course of the easterly line hereinbefore described, said right of way being of a uniform '
width of 16.5 feet.
Reserving, however, to the parties of the first part, their distributees and
assigns, the right and privilege to make reasonable changes and alterations in the
course and location of said right of way over and upon other land of said parties of
the first part, it being understood and agreed, however, that the parties of the first
part shall not be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of said right of way be- j
yond the extent that said right of way abutts upon property lying between said right of I �'
way and the.waters of the bay or creek which they continue to own, each owner of property
abutting thereon including the grantees herein to be chargeable with maintaining a suit-i�
