THIS INDENTURE, made the fourth day of October, in the year
1951, between LIDICO CORPORATION, acorporation duly organized and
existing under the laws of the State of New York and having a
principal place of business at Number 80 Wall Street, Borough of
Manhattan, City, County, and State. of New York, party of the first
part, hereinafter hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", and CECIL R. KLOFKORN
and ROSE P. KLOFKORN, his wife, .both residing at.Number 2680
Metropolitan Avenue, Bronx, New York parties of the second part,
hereinafter referred to as "Grantees";
WITNESSETH,. that Grantor, in consideration of the sum of one
($1.00)Dollar, lawful money of the United States, and othergood
and valuable considerations, paid by Grantees, doeshereby grant
_ and release unto Grantees, theirheirs, and assigns forever,
_ ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and
being In the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the westerly side of Kenny's Road
marked by a concrete monument, where the southerly side of Lake
Drive intersects same; thence running along said southerly side o
Lake Drive 1,088.42 feet to the point where the easterly side of
- the Premises hereby described Intersects same; thence running
South 44 degrees, 24 minutes, 30 seconds East. 315 feet, more or
less, to the mean highwater line of Lake Leeton, formerly known as
Great Pond, at the point or place of beginning of the Premises
hereby described;
13EGINNING at said last-mentioned point of beginning, thence
running North 44 degrees, 24 minutes, 30 seconds West 315 feet,
more or less, to the southerly side of Lake Drive; thence running
along said southerly side of Lake Drive 50.02 feet; thence running
South 44 degrees, 24 minutes, 30 seconds East 318 feet, more or
less; to the mean highwater line of Lake Leeton, thence running .
eastwardly along saidmeanhighwater line. of Lae Leeton, as it
winds .and turns to the point or place of beginning; hereinafter
referredto as ?'Premises ;
Said Premises, for the purpose of further identification
only, are known as plot Numbered 213 on a certain map entitled,
Map of West .Southold-on-Sound, Plots 1-234, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, owned by Lidico Corporation, made July,
1950 by William L. Miller, Wading River, New York, Professional
Engineer-Land Surveyor, New York State License No. 7885, and
guaranteed to the Inter-County Title Guaranty and Mortgage Compare
on July 20, 1950, and which map is intended to be filed with the
Clerk of the County of.Suffolk, at Riverhead, New York;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights
of Grantor in and. to said Premises, including all riparian rights,
