BSGINNING at an iron pipe set on the southwesterly line of a certain right of way 30

and being the northwesterly corner of the premises herein conveyed, located by the
following tie line viz: South 450 58' 40" Weat, 521.51 feet from a monument located on
the southwesterly Hide of Main Bayview Road where the same is intersected by the westerly
side of land of Anderson end from said point of beginning running thence along said south
westerly line of said right of way, S. 230 511 10" S.- 8.36 feet to an iron pipe; thence
continuing along said southwesterly line of said right of way on a Curve to the left whos
radius is 70 feet, a distance of 12.1 feet to an Iron pipe; thence along other land of
