THIS INDENTURE, made the 23rd day of'
November, Nineteen Hundred and Forty-eight, between
CAROLINE L. JENKINS, LEONARD W. PROCTOR and HARRY L.
WHITNEY, all residing at Shorewood, Paradise Point R08d, in
the Town of' Southold, County of' Suf'f'olk and St8te of' New
York, as Executors of' the Last Will and Testament of' John
S. Jenkins, Deceased, late of' the Borough of' Brooklyn,
County of' Kings, City 8nd St8te of' New York, having been
duly 8ppointed as such Executors by the Surrogate's Court
of' Kings County on September 15, 1947, parties of' the f'irst
p8rt, and CAROLINE L. JENKINS, residing at Shorewood,
P8radise Point Road, in the Town of' Southold, County of'
Suf'f'olk and State of' New York, party of' the second p8rt,
WITNESSETH, that the parties of' the f'irst
p8rt, by virtue of' the power and authority to them given
in snd by said Last Will and Testament 8nd in consideration
of' Ninety-f'ive Hundred (~~9,500.)
Dollars, lawf'ul money of' the United St8tes, paid by the
party of' the second part, do hereby grant and release unto
the party of' the second part, her heirs and assigns
f'orever,
ALL those two certain tracts, pieces or
parcels of' land, situate, lying and being at
Bay View"f'ormerly Hog Neck, in the Town of'
Southold, Cotinty of' Suf'f'olk and State of' New
York, which according to a survey thereof'
made by Otto W. V8n Tuyl, Msrch 11, 1929
are more particularly bounded and described

BEGINNING at a point f'ormed by the in-
tersection of' the Southerly side of' North
Bay View Road with the Westerly side of'

the Westerly side of' said Paradise Point

PARCEL TWO
BEING a triangular piece lying at the
intersection or North Bay View Road with
Paradise Point Road, bounded and described
as rollows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at
the intersection or the Northerly side or the
North Bay View~oad with the Westerly side
or Paradise Point Road; running thence along
the Northerly side or North Bay View Road
North 660 55' 00" West 57.99 reet to a point;
thence running North 800 45' 00" east 65.43
reet to a point on the Westerly side or said
Paradise Point Road and thence running along
the Westerly side or s8id road last mentioned
South 180 48' 00" East 36.11 reet to the
monument at the point or place or beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and
interest or the parties or the rirst p8rt to
all 18nd lying within the bed or North Bay
View Road and Paradise Point Road adjoining
said premises on the North and East respective-
ly to the center line thereor.
BEING a part of .the same premises con-
veyed by Jonathan Tuthill to Henry Tuthill and
Asa Smith by deed d8ted February 26, 1823 and
recorded June 19, 1824 in Liber B (ac) page 49.
BEING.the same premises conveyed by
Charles T. Gordon and Florence G. Gordon, his
wire, to John S. Jenkins by deed dated March
15, 1929, and recorded in Surrolk County
Clerk's Orrice on March 15, 1929, in Liber
1415 or Deeds, at Page 341.
PARCEL THREE
ALL that piece, parcel or tract or land,
situated at Paradise Point, in the Town or
Southold, County or Surrolk and State or
New York, and bounded and described as rollows:
BEGINNING at a point on that part or
Peconic Bay known as Shelter Island Sound,
where the northerly boundary or land or
Caroline L. Jenkins adjoins the southerly

boundary of land of Maria J. Hall~c~ at mean
high water m8rk; running thence northeasterly
a distance of Two hundred fifty (250) feet
along said Shelter Island Sound to the land
of Charles B. Byron; running thence westerly
along the lands of Charles B. Byron and
Maria J. H8110ck a distance of One thousand
twenty-four (1024) feet, more or less, to the
highway running to Paradise Point; and thence
southerly along s8id highway a distance of
Two hundred forty-four 8nd 42/100 ($244.42)
feet, more or less, to the northwesterly corner
of the lands of Caroline L. Jenkins; and
thence easterly a distance of Nine hundred
sixty (960) feet, more or less, to the point
or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with such right, title and in-
terest as the parties of the first part may
have in and to the beach on Shelter Island
Sound below high water mark and the w8ter
adjacent thereto.
AND also all the right, title and interest
the parties of the first part have in and to
the highway adjoining the said premises on the
west, leading to Paradise Point, .subject to
the right of the public tous~ same as a
highway.
BEIN~ the same premises conveyed by Maria
J. Hallock to John S. Jenkins by deed dated
January 10, 1924, and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on January 15, 1924, in
Liber 1092 of Deeds, at Psge 214.
PARCEL FOUR
ALL that certain piece or parcel of wood-
land lying 8nd being in Bay View, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and state of New
York, and bounded and described as follows:
On the North by the North Road or the
Rorke Estate; on the East by other lands of
the party of the second part'; on the South by
the sever81 lands of E. H. Brown and the
Estate of Henry Beebe, deceased, and on the
West by the land of E. H. Brown, containing
by estimation ten acres, be the same more or
less.
BEING the same premises conveyed by George
Henry Terry and Mary E. Terry, his wife, Alvah
S. Terry and Helen B. Terry, his wife, Howard
H. Terry and Mary E. Terry, his wife, and
caroline C. Terry to John S. Jenkins by deed
dated December 11, 1922, and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 26,
1922, in Liber 1063 of Deeds, at Page 131.

accurate survey might show.
