PARCEL I: BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at the end of the
third course of the easterly line of a certain right of way, 16.5 feet in
width; over land of L. Harron Hill and Adelaide H. Hill; running thence a
right angles to the fourth course of said easterly line of said right of
way, N. 150 38' 40" E. 200 feet, more or less, to high water mark of Town
Creek; thence easterly along said high water mark to a point 60' feet east
erly from the last described line, measured at right angles thereto; thenI e
parallel to the westerly line of the premises herein described, S. 150 36
4011 W. 200 feet, more or less, to a point on the fourth course of said
easterly line of said right of way; thence along said course of said line

The easterly line of said right of way begins at a point 40.0 feet

venue and runs from said point of beginning the following courses:-

Each course of the westerly line is parallel to and 16.5 feet from a
orresponding course of the easterly line hereinbefore described, said rigit
of way being of a uniform width of 16.5 feet.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by L. Barren Hill
and Adelaide H. Hill, to E:mne F. Horton, by deed dated October 1st, 1945
and recorded in Suffolk County Glerk•s office on October 8th, 1945 in liber
2492 at page 73, and 8UBSECT to covenants, reservations and restrictions
as contained in said deed.
PARCEL II: ALL that tract or parcel of land situate in the Village
and 'Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded an
described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at the southwesterly corner of
land conveyed by L. Barron Hill and Adelaide H. Hill to the party of the
first pert by dead dated October 1st, 1945, and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk`s Office in liber 2492 of deeds at page 73; running thence
along the easterly line of the right of way described in said deed, N. 160
11' 20" W. -109.56 feet to a concrete monument; thence along other land
L. Barron Hill and Adelaide H. Hill, N. 240 431 40" E. -120.1 feet to a 0 -
crate monument at the high water mark of Town Creek; thence southeasterly
along said high water mark of Town Greek, 40 feet to the northwest corner
of land conveyed by deed herein referred to; thence along said land now o
