to the point therein where the northerly side of Leeton Drive

the point or place of beginning of thePremiseshereby described;
BEGINNING at said last-mentionedpoint of beginning, thence

more or less, to the mean highwater line of Long Island Sound;
thence running westwardly along said mean highwater line of Long

Leeton Drive; thence running along said northerly side of Leeton

Land Surveyor, New York State License No. 7885, and guaranteed to
the Inter-County Title Guaranty and Mortgage Company on July 20,
1950, and which map is intended to be filed with the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk, at Riverhead, New York;
