the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded
and described as follows:
BEGIUNING at an iron bolt set in.the South line of Town Harbor Terrace
at a point distant 128.5 feet easterly from intersection of the east-
erly side of Town harbor Lane with said southerly line of Town Harbor
Terrace, running along said southerly line of Town Harbor Terrace,
150 feet to a stake and land of Edward Fauth; thence south 48 degrees
08 minutes 40 seconds east along land of Edward Fauth, 337.76 feet to
high water mark of.Peconic Bay; thence south 41 degrees 27 minutes
40 seconds west along high water mark of Peconic Bay, 149.76 feet to
land of Louise C. Moore; thence north 48 degrees 03 minutes 20 seconds
west along said land of Louise C. Moore 346.98 feet to the point and
place of beginning. Said courses and distances being as shown on a
survey of Otto W. Van Tuyl, dated August 2nd, 1927.
