taken by the Southold Town Planning Board at a regular
meeting held on October 7, '1974.
On motion made by Mr. Wickham, seconded by Mr.
Grebe, it was
. RESOLVED to denY the application of Michael Mona
for a minor subdivbion of property on the east aide
of Elijah'S Lane, Mattituck, New York. Thb 18 rejected,
because it appears to be an evasion of the rule. and
regulations for the subdivision of land.
