3/4 of an acre with wetlands in a R-80 zone. There is no previous

Dear Mr. Orlowski:
I am the owner of the PimlicoGroup, a marketing services business, located at the
above mentioned address.
I am planning to construct a one story addition to the west side of the existing one
story building, and to improve the parking area. The properly is zoned R-SO. This
320 square foot addition will be utilized as additional office space and a multi-purpose
storage area. Rather than attempt to re-construct a separate free standing structure, as
previously existed to the east of the existing building, I believe this simple addition
would be more in keeping with the residential character of the building and the area
itself.
There will be little traffic in and out during the day and none after business hours. I
hope that these minimal changes will allow for a waiver of the site plan requirements.
I have included sketch plans of the project for your review. Thank you for your attention
into this matter.
