Dear Mr. Sutera:
The Planning Board has reviewed your request for a waiver
of site plan requirements for a proposed grocery store and pizza
take-out, to be located within the Post Office Building in New
Suffolk.
If the pizza ovens are not installed, and proof of Health
Department review is provided, the Planning Board Will consider
the waiver of site plan requirements for the preexisting use of
the grocery store.

Dear Mr. Sutera:
The Planning Board has received your letter of November 12,
1990, requesting a waiver of site plan requirements for a
proposed grocery store and pizza take-out, to be located within
the Post Office Building in New Suffolk.
The Post Office/Grocery Store Building is part of a pending
site plan application known as Marina Bay Club, and should be
submitted as part of this application.
At the presubmission conference, you indicated that you
had discussed this possibility with Mr. Raynor, the agent for
Marina Bay Club, and, further stated that if the site plan
requirements were not waived, you would incorporate your site
plan as part of his application.
If you have any questions or require further information
