The intended use is a farmstand of 936 sq. ft. with ten (10) parking spaces now being provided. For the record, this site plan was submitted and reviewed by the Planning Board in 1995 at which time five (5) parking spaces, located in the same area, were approved. We have just added the five additional spaces immediately north of those originally shown.
