Motion was offered by Chairwoman Oliva, seconded by Member Goehringer, to enter into
Executive Session regarding: Stroud v. ZBA and Zupa v. ZBA.
(No action was taken.)

Chairwoman Oliva declared the meeting adjourned. The meeting adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
