A Regular Meeting of the SOUTH OLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS was held
at the South old Town Hall, 53095 Main Road, Southold, New York 11971-0959, on Thursday,
December 2, 2004 commencing at 6:00 P.M.

Chairwoman Oliva confirmed the next Regular Meeting for December 16, 2004 at 9:30 A.M.
RESOLUTION: Motion was made by Member Dinizio, seconded by Member Goehringer, and
duly carried, to send a letter to the Town Board, recommending Ruth D. Oliva for reappointment
as 2005 Chairwoman for the Zoning Board of Appeals. Ayes: All. This Resolution was duly
adopted (4-0-1).
