WITNESSEM, that the party of the first part. in consideration of ONE HUNDRED
FIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00),
lawful money of the United States, paid by the parties of the second part, does hereby
grant and release unto the parties of the second Bart, their heirs
and assigns, forever, ALL ITS ESTATE, RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST of, in and to

of land of said Rail Road Company, from the Easterly line of Railroad Avenue;
EKTENDING from said beginning point the following tour courses and distances: the
flrat two thereof being by land of said Sall Road Company; (1) North sixty-six degrees
fifty minutes four seconds East the distance of five hundred forty-Pour feet to a point;
(2) South anventeen degrees fifty-three minutes fifty seconds Seat thirteen feet and a

one-hundredth. of a foot to a point in a Northerly line of land of said I. M. Young&Cc ;
the following two sources and distances being by said last mentioned land; (3) South
sixty-six degrees fifty minutes four seconds West, on a line parallel with and distant
thirteen feet Southeastwardly at right angles from the first course herein deacrlbad,
the distance of five hundred forty-six feet and .even one-hundredths of a foot to a
corner; and thence (4) North twenty degrees twenty minutes forty-five seconds West the
distance of thirteen feet and three ane-hundredths of a foot to the place of beginning.
