year 1950, between LIDICO CORPORATION, a corporation duly organ-
ized and existing under the laws of the State of New York and
having a principal place of business at Number 80 Wall Street,
Borough of Manhattan, City, County, and State of New York, party
of the first pert, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", and
RUTH M. GUDMUNDSM, residing at 50-09 63rd Street, Woodside,
Queens, State of New York, party of the second part, hereinafter
referred to as "Grantee^;

WI'PNLSLETH, that Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One
( `1.00) Dollar, 1nwful money of the United States, and other good
end valuable considerations, paid by Grantee, does hereby grant
and release unto Grantee, her heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and
being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a concrete monument, marking the corner Permed

the easterly side of Kenneyte Road, as shown on a certain survey
made February 23, 1950 by William L. Miller, Licensed Surveyor,
leading River, Naw York, and gunrnateed to the Inter-County Title
Guaranty and Mortgage Company as of the same date; thence running
South 39 degrees, 24 minutes, 00 seconds West 50.22 feet to the
westerly side of Kenney's Ratio; thence running North 40 degrees,
53 minutes, 00 seconds West 193.38 feet along the westerly side of
Kenney's Road to the point therein "hare the northerly side of
Leeton Drive intersects same; thence running South 45 degrees, 35
minutes, 30 seconds West along said northerly side of Leeton Drive,;
I,400 feet to the point or place of beginning of the promisee
hereby described;

running North 44 degrees, 24 minutes, 30 seconds West 216 feet,
more or less, to the mean hiehwiter 11ne of Long Island Sound;
thence running westwardly along said mean hlghwnter line of Long

Looton Drivc; thence running along said northerly cede of Leeton
