easterly along the southerly side of Pine Neck Road 100 feet to land of Sarah E.
Gegen; thence southerly elarV land of Sarah E. Gegen a distance of 200 feet to other
land of Sarah S. Gagen, thence tanning westerly along land of Sarah E. Gegen a distance
of 100 feet to land of Fred C.Lelcht, thence northerly along the easterly line of
land of Fred 0, Lelent a distance of 200 feet to the point or place of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same prmises conveyed to the party of the first

recorded simultaneously herewith.
