premises herein described .a. djoi.ning land now or formerly of Cardinal on the East; running
thence in a southwesterly, direction along the northerly line of Main Road, 150 feet; running
thence in a northerly direction on a line parallel to the boundary line between the premises herein
described and land now or formerly of Cardinal to Long Island Railroad; running thence in an
easterly direction along the Long Island Railroad to land now or formerly of Cardinal; running
thence southerly along said land now or formerly of Cardinal to the point or place of

SUBJECT to a life estate for the benefit of and during the natural life time of Lillian Krukowski.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the premises conveyed to Joseph R. Krukowski
and Lillian Krukowski, his wife, by deed dated May 15, 1961 and recorded in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 5, 1962 at Liber 5134 page 239.
TOGETilER with all right, title and interest, if any, of thc party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to thc center lines thereof; TOGETHER with thc appurtenances and all thc
estate and rights ofthc party of thc first part in and to said prcmiscs; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD thc premises herein
granted unto thc party of thc second part, the heirs or Su¢cc~sars and assigns of thc party of thc second part forever.
AND the party of thc first part, in compliance with Section 13 of thc Lien Law, covenants that thc party of thc first
part will receive thc consideration for this convcyanc~ and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust
fund to be applied first fol' thc purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply thc same first to thc
payment of the cost of thc improvement bcfarc using any part of thc total of the same for any other purpose.
AND thc party of the first part covenants as follows: that said party ofthe first part is seized of the said premises in
fcc~ simple, and has good right to convey the same; that the party of thc second part shall quietly enjoy thc said
