ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being near the Village of Greenport, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on ordinary high water mark of Pipes Cove 360 feet ~erly
along said line from the boundary between land of Frederick Ronik on the West and
land of Harry G. Steinmetz on the East;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of BEGINNING along land conveyed by Edna
A. Brown to Veronica Frohne North 3 degree. 45 .m. ioutes East 330 feet, more or I.~s,
to the Southerly line of a strip of land 16 feet m width, hereinafter described ns a right
of way;
RUNNING THENCE along thc last described land two courses, as follows:
(1) South 47 degrees 33 minutes East 49.01 feet:
(2) South 80 degrees 55 minutes East 39.83 feet along land conveyed by Edna A.
Brown to Thomas Jurz. enia S. 3. degrees 45 minutes West 280 feet, more or less, to
said ordinary high water mark of Pipes Cove;
RUNNING THENCE Westerly along said ordinary high water mark of Pipes Cove 80
feet to the point of BEGINNING.

Long Island Railroad Company Northerly to said Main Road.
TOGETHER with 'all the right, title and interest of the Party of the first Part, of, in and
to an easement granted by Veronica Frohe to Agust Siegel' and Bertha Sieger. his wife,
and Thomas Jurcaenin and Florence Jurczenia, his wife, by virtue of a Deed recorded
