BEGINNING in the noflhcasterly corner thereof at a point in thc southerly side of'Grange Road distant as
measured along the southerly side of Grange Road South g5 degrees 09 minutes 50 seconds West 234.10
feet from a monument set in the westerly end ora curve having a radius of 14.09 f~et and a length of 29.81
feet connecting the southerly side of Grange Road with the northwesterly side of Bayview Road;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning South 4 degrees 50 min,~tes 10 seconds F. ast along the
westerly line of Lot No. 19, i 79.48 feet fo the southeasterly comer of the herein described premises;

filed map for the purposes of erecting poles for electric and telephone service and for the laying of gas and
vs~tcr mains and for the granting to public utility Corporations of easements therein for such purposes.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same one-half interest in the premises eom'eyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated September 9, 1999 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on September IS, 1999 in Liber 11989 page 206.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party, of the first pat in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party ofthe first pan in and to said
,remises.
['O HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises hcrein granted unto the party of the second part. the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first pa~ covenants that the party o£the first part has not done or sufli:red anylhing

AND THE party of thc first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, cxwenants that the party

consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose ofpaying the cost of the improvement, and
will apply the same first to thc payment of thc cost of the improvemem betbre using any pan ol'the total o1'
the same for any other purpose. The word "patty" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the
sense ofthis indenture so requires.
