TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any. of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above deathbed premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with
the appurtenances and all the estate and dghts of the party of Ihs f'~t part In and to said
premises: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the hey or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the f~t part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in anyway whatever, except as

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying end being et Bayvlew, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and deacrlbed as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the boundary line between land formerly of the party of the
first part and land formerly of Reubeman, north 20 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds east
574.50 feet along asld boundary line from the nortbedy line of North Bayview Road, said
point of beginning being the northeasterly comer of lend conveyed by the party of the first
part to Newhouse, from said point of beginning;
RUNNING along said boundary, being along land of Wsahts, land of Pulsae, and land of
Greeley, north 20 degrees 11 minutos 20 seconds east 113.0 feet to a monument;
THENCE along land now or formerly of George Akscin, two courses:
(1) south 69 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds east t70.0 feet to a monument; thence
(2) south 20 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds west 113.0 feet to a monument and said
land of Newhouse;
THENCE along said lend of Newhouse, north 69 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds west 170.0
feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with a t5 foot right of way over said land of Newhouse from the southeasterly
comer of the premises southerly and then westerly about 448 feet to a private road known
as Paradise Shores Road and the southerly over said Paradise Shores Road about 300 feet
to North Bayview Road.
TOGETHER with the ingress end egress (in common with others) over the private 20 foot
road adjacent to the premises described in Liber 2073 cp 01, to and from the North Bay View
Road and to and from Town Harbor.
TOGETHER with any right, in common with others, if any, that the parties of the first pary
may be entitled to convey to the parties of the second part, ea described in a Deed in Liber
10834 Page 28.
