Hodgins, his wife, by deed dated March 31, 1933 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, New York, June 15, 1933 In Liber 1717, page 469, pugamieft, as corrected by deed of Acres of Diamonds Inc. to Claude Hodgins and Elsie L' Hodgins his wife dated August 21 1941 recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office October 24, 1442, in Liber 2258 of Deeds, Page 505, Bounded and described as follows: COMMENCING at a monument at the southwest corner of said lot, said point of beginning being also at the corner formed by the intersection of a private road 33 feet wide, leading to Sound View Avenue, with the northerly side of a private road or lane 15 feet wide; thence running north along the easterly line of said private road 33 feat wide north 19 degrees 05 minutes 20 seconds west 58.33 feet to an angle in said Road; thence continuing along the easterly line of said last mentioned private road north 41 degrees 15 minutes 10 seconds west 140.86 feet; 'thence running along the northerly line of said lot #3 north 61 degrees 53 minutes 40 seconds east 46.64 feet to the northeast corner of said Lot; theme running along the westerly line of Lot #4 on said map south 41 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds east 129.65 feet and south 32 degrees 38 minutes 40 seconds east 68.59 feet to a point in the northerly line of said private road or lane 15 feet wide; thence running along the northerly line of said last mentioned private road or lane south 61 degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds west 59.22 feet to the monument at the point or place of beginning.
