"Subdivision Map Cedar Beach Park situate.at Bayview, Tovan of Southold,
Nev. York", surveyed and certified by Otto W. Von Tuyl, Engineer and
Surveyor, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk as map No. 90.
ALSO LLL that parcel shown on said map as "The Spur".
TOGETHER vith an easement for ingress and egress over all streets -
roads, drives and lanes as laid down on said map. And also the
