a radius of 25.0 feet, a distance alolg said curve of 39.Z1 feet; theme along the
northwesterly line of Grove Road N. 320 041 R.- 50.0 feet; thence along other land
of the party of the first part parallel with said northwesterly line of Mill cheek
Drive N. 57e 561 R. 129.25 feet to said land of Roger Doyle; thence along Bald land
of Roger Doyle S. age 041 R. - 75.0 feet to the point or place of beginning.

1947, and which map has not been filed.
