the year 1948, between LIDICO CORFORATIUN, a corporation duly
organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York
and having e. principal place of business at Number 80 Well Street,
Borough of Manhattan, City, County, and State of New York, party
of the first part, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor^, and
CHARL3S F. FALVEY and GRACE M. FALVIY, his wife, both residing at
Number 176-37 Jewel .Avenue, Flushing, Borough of Queens, and State
of New York, parties of the second part, hereinafter referred to
as -Grantees-;
WITNr,08BTH, that Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One
(¢1.00) Dollar, lawful money of the United States, and other good
and valuable considerations, paid by Grantees, does hereby grant
and release unto Grantees, their heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the
building thereon, situate, lying and being at Southold, in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the northerly side of North Sea
Drive distant 1,475 feet eastwardly from the corner formed by the

Point or place of beginning;
