HIGGINS and JOHN GIANELLA as Executors of the last will and testament of Charles M. Higgins, late of the Borough of Brooklyn,. Simone, Anna M. Eldridge, Jennie S. Olovep, Etta B. Cox and Minnie E. Hazard to Charles M. Higgins by deed dated July 1, 1906, recorded in the Suffolk Country Clerk's Office in Libor 571 of Deeds, page 234 on July 29, 1906. PARCEL 2: All those certain parcels of beach and meadow land situate, lying and being at South Harbor Creek and the Little Peonndo Nay in the said Town of Southold.
