tween TRACY HIGGINS, ALEXANDRA F. HIGGINS and JOHN GIANELLA
as Executors of the last will and testament of Charles M.
Higgins, late of the Borough of Brooklyn,. County of Kings,
City and State of Slew York, deceased, parties of the first
part, and HAVEN EMERSON, residing at #336 Central Park
West, Borough of Manhattan, City, County and State of New
York, party of the second part:
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the parties of the first part, by virtue
of the power and authority to them given in end by said
' last will and testament, and in consideration of One
thousand two hundred 01,200.00) dollars, lawful money of
the United States, paid by the party of the eeoond part,
do hereby grant and release unto the party of the second
.part, hie heirs and assigns forever, ALL those certain
'pieces or parcels of land more particularly described as
follows:
PARCEL 1: All that certain piece or parcel
of woodland, situate, lying and being on the wee-
terly aide of the South Harbor Road in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
and bounded ae follows, viz.: Northerly by the
14nd of Salem D. Goldsmith; Easterly by the said
South Harbor Road; Southerly by the land of
Charles Corey, and Westerly by the land of the
heirs of Henry Richmond; containing by estimation
two some, be the same more or loam;
Being the owe premises conveyed by Emily M.
Simone, Anna M. Eldridge, Jennie S. Olovep,
Etta B. Cox and Minnie E. Hazard to Charles M.
Higgins by deed dated July 1, 1906, recorded in
the Suffolk Country Clerk's Office in Libor 571 of
Deeds, page 234 on July 29, 1906.
PARCEL 2: All those certain parcels of
beach and meadow land situate, lying and being at
South Harbor Creek and the Little Peonndo Nay in
the said Town of Southold. County of Suffolk and
state of New York and being all of the beach and
meadow land situate on Indian Neck Point and oleo

were conveyed by S. Bailey Corey and Thom" H.
Wood and Fanny B. Wood, his wife, to Charles
H. Higgins, by deed dated June 1E, 1905 and re- �.

Liber STO of Deeds, page 807, on July 3, 1905, .
the said piece or parcel of said beach or meadow
land which Is Situate on the said Indian Beck

Little Pownto Bay; Northerly by the Channel of
