WITNESSETHr that the part y of the first part,in consideration of Three hundred
($300.00) dollars,
lawful money of the United States, and other valuable consideration, paid
by the part y of the second part,do eshereby;rent and release unto the part y of the second part,
her distributees, legal representatives and mstgns foreYer,
ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of salt meadow land situate
at Bayview, in the town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, banded:and described as follows: WESTERLY, by a line which
is a continuation southerly of the boundary between upland and wood-
land (as referred to in deed of Frederick Boergesson, at al. to Mary
M. H. Dayton, hereinafter recited) of Harold E. Gordon, party of the
first part, and land conveyed by Frederick Boergesson and wife and
Gustav Boergesson and wife to Mary M. H. Dayton, by deed dated Jan-
nary 16, 1926, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County in Liber 1163 of deeds, page 261, on January 19, 1926, and
which boundary line connects two monuments located on the boundary be-
tween lands of said Harold E. Gordon and land formerly of said Mary
M. H. Dapton, and which westerly boundary line of property hereby
conveyed'as so established runs south 80 331 east to a gutter dividing
meadow land formerly of Samuel.Hutchinson; SOUTHERLY, by a gutter
dividing meadow land formerly owned by Samuel Hutchinson; EASTERLY.
by land formerly of said Mary M. H. Dayton, now owned by the party of
thesecond,part, and NORTHERLY, by lands formerly of Mary M. H. Dayton,
now owned by the party of the second part.
The said.land above described and hereby intended to be conveyed
being,_that portion of a certain piece or parcel of salt meadow conveyed
to party of the first part by deed of Me}rose I. Booth and Frederick
K. Terry, as.Trustees under the will of Barnabas H. Booth,(recorded

January 18, 1930, in the office of the Clerk ;£,the County of Suf-
folk, in Liber 1478 of deeds, page 553,) which lies to the eastward
of the boundary line between property of party of the first part
-: and party of the second part hereto if that boundary line were ea-
-� tended southerly to the gutter hereinbefore referred to; the direc-
tion of the said boundary line hereinabove recited being taken from
a survey of property of S. A. H. Dayton, situate at Bayview, Long
Island, made by Otto W. Van TLLyI, April 17, 1926; said lands hereby
conveyed containing by estimation an acre of land, be the same more
or less.
