THIS INDENTURE, Made the /)day ofL 1950,
between THE SUFFOLK COCNTY TRUST CGMPANY, a domestic banking
corporation, with its principal place of business at b East
- Hain Street, Riverhead, '_own of Riverhead, Suffolk Coanty,
New York, as Trustee for Fhebe Marsi.all Bridge, wider Deed of
Trust dated October 18, 1928, and recorded In the office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, New York, in Liber 1308
of Deeds, at Page 423, on the 5th day of November, 1925,
Party of the first part, and NELSON T. DICKINSON, residing at
67 Centre Avenue, bay Shore, Town of Iolin, County of Suffolk,
... and State of New York, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first r.art, by
virtue of the power and authority to It given, In and by said
Deed of Trust dated October 18, 1928, and In consideration of
the payment of the gain of Five Thousand Three. Hundred and
No/100 ($5,300.00) Dollars, lawful money of the United States,
Paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the Party of the second part, his distrlbuteea
and assigns forever,
ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land,
situate, lying and being at Southold, Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk, and State of New York, and bounded and described
as follows:-
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set In the
Southerly side of the Main Street, which said concrete monu-
ment marks the Northeast corner of the promisee about to be
conveyed, and the Northwest corner of land of Southold
Community Hall, Inc.; and running thence In a Southerly dir-
ection along the Westerly side of lard of the Southold Com-
munity Hall, Ina., a distance of 134.30 feet to a concrete
` monument and land now or formerly of Helder G. Ccrstensen;
running thence in a Westerly direction along the Northerly
boundary line of land now or formerly of Heider G. Carstensen,
a distance of 77.90 feet to a concrete monument set in the
f Easterly side of a 20 foot right of way; and canning thence
? in a Northerly direction along the Easterly aide of said 20
