fuming thence easterly along the southerly aide of said Main
Highway a distance of one hundred thirty-five (135) feet to a point;
thence running southerly and on a line parallel with the westerly
boundary line of land conveyed by Philip H. Horton and wife to
Edwin B. Dennie as aforesaid, and at all points distant one
hundred thirty-five (136) Peet therefrom to high water mark of
