THIS INDENTURE, made the eighteenth day of May, in the year
1951, between LIDICO CORPORATION, a corporation duly organized and
existing under the laws of the State of New York and having a
principal place of business at Number 80 Wall Street, Dorou-h of
Manhattan, City, County, and State of New York, party of the first
part, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", and WILLI/V1. C. CO:IWAY,
residing at Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York,
party of the second part, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee";
WITNESSETH, that Grantor, in consideration of the sun of Cne
(51.00) Dollar, lawful money of the United States, and other good
and valuable considerations, paid by Grantee, does hereby grant
and release unto Grantee, his heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and
being In the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the westerly side of Kenney's Road
where the northerly side of Leeton Drive Intersects same; thence
running South 45 degrees, 35 minutes, 30 seconds West along said
northerly side of Leeton Drive 950 feet to the point or place of
beginning of the Premises hereby described, being the same point
where the westerly side of property now or formerly of Peter A.
Hilton intersects said northerly side of Leeton Drive;
BEGINNING at said last-mentioned point of beclnning, thence
running along said westerly side of property now or formerly of
Peter A. Hilton, North 44 degrees, 24 minutes, 30 seconds west 212
feet, more or less, to the mean highwater line of Long Island
Sound; thence running westwardly along said mean hirhwater line of
Long Island Sound 300 feet, more or less; thence runninc South 44
degrees, 24 minutes, 30 seconds Last 212 feet, more or less, to
the northerly side of Leeton Drive; thence running eastwardly
along said northerly side of Leeton Drive 100 feet to the ;oi nt or
place of beginning, hereinafter referred to as "Premises";
Said Premises, for the purpose of further identification only
are known as Plots Numbered 11 and 12 on a certain map entitled,
Map of West Southold-on-Sound, Plots 1-234, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, owned by Lidlco Corporation, made July,
1950 by William L. Miller, Wading River, New York, Professional
Engineer-Land Surveyor, New York State License No, 7885, and
guaranteed to the Inter-County Title Guaranty and Mortgage Company
on July 20, 1950, and which map is intended to be filed with the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk, at Riverhead, New York; _
