Metzger, L.S. dated February 24, 2005; and WHEREAS, an application for preliminary plat approval was submitted to the Planning Board on September 12, 2005; and WHEREAS, on October 17, 2005, the Southold Town Planning Board granted preliminary plat approval upon the map prepared by John T.
