The parcel is zoned B - General Business which allows this type of use. No additions are planned therefore building footprint shall remain the same. Interior alterations and cosmetic work on exterior will be proposed (new windows, doors, siding, etc.). We would like to submit aH required information and plans, if necessary, to your office for review at next Planning Board Work Session. Please call this office to discuss project and scheduling.
