upon due notice, to remove or alter this wod< or project herein stated without e:q>enses to dIe Town

9. That the Permittee will obtain an odIer permits and coosents that may be required sup-
plemental to this permit which may be subject to revoke upon fallure to obtain same.
Wetland Permit to construct a one-story addition to the existing single-family dwelling with the
condition that drywells and gutters are installed to contain the roof run-off and a silt fence is
installed 25' from the construction area, prior to construction, and as depicted on the survey

At the meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held Tuesday,
August 12, 2003, the following recommendation was made:
Moved by William Cook, seconded by Bob Ghosio, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL WITH
A CONDITION of the Wetland Permit application of JOSEPH & DONNA ST. PIERRE to
construct a one-story addition to the existing single-family dwelling.
Located: 370 Goose Creek Lane, Southold. SCTM#79-1-6
The CAC recommends Approval of the application with the condition of a 25' non-turf
buffer.
