The Board of Trustees has received your request for a Pre-Submission Inspection at the
above referenced parcel. The Board visited the site on March 15, but needs the folJowing
to complete the inspection:
1. The parcel needs to be staked for the proposed location of house.
2. The location of the proposed construction needs to be placed on a survey.
3. The owner or authorized representative to meet the Board on site, if possible.
The Board will be able to put this on their next inspection of April 12 ifthey receive
the information by AprilS, 2006.

To whom it may concern,
I am interested in talking about plans and possibilities to build a two story farmhouse with a
detached garage with apartment space above on the property located at Private Rd ( 1000-61
-04-9.1). There is a small pond that is close to the 100ft distance from this property but does
not have direct creek or ravines that lead into the pond. The property is zoned HB and the
interest is to build something that will be an enhancement to the town and community.
