Box 617 Cutchogue, NY 11935 RE: GEORGE PAPPAS 1205 North Parish Dr., Southold SCTM#71-1-12 Dear Mr. Fitzgerald: The Board of Town Trustees took the following actioil during its regular meeting held on Thursday, June 21,2001 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, Proper- T Permit Services on behalf of GEORGE PAPPAS applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance ofthe Town of SouL'1old, application dated May 31, 2001, and, WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, aTld, WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application Oil June 21, 2001, at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, '.
