BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed by Southold Development Corporation to Clarence B. Baker and Margaret K. Baker, his wife, by deed dated October 28th, 1957 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 30th, 1957, in Liber 4384 of deeds at page 174 and subject to the covenants and restrictions therein contained. SUBJECT to an easement heretofore granted to the Long Island Lighting Company over the southerly portion of the premises.
